About

Ryan is a self-taught artist from Reno, NV, whose work blends nature, folklore, and surrealism with a touch of the psychedelic. Growing up surrounded by Nevada’s vast landscapes, he developed a deep appreciation for the wild and the unknown—an influence that runs through his dreamlike compositions. His paintings explore the intersection of organic life and digital existence, where animals, symbols, and technology fuse into surreal narratives.

With a background in pop surrealism, Harris’ work invites viewers into a space between reality and myth, often reflecting on the ways human perception is shaped by both nature and an increasingly digital world. His pieces are rich in texture, color, and meaning, combining traditional techniques with contemporary themes.

When he’s not painting, Harris enjoys being out in nature, gathering inspiration from the shifting balance between the physical and virtual. His art is a reflection of that connection—an ongoing search for meaning in the spaces between the seen and the unseen.
